We kicked off the morning with two exciting Onshore Excursions: from hydrogen in practice to innovative power storage solutions. The perfect start before the fairground really came to life.

The day kicked off on a sporty note: more than 100 participants joined the HUSUM WIND Run, while at the same time our onshore excursion offered exciting insights into the Windtestfeld Nord and the practical use of green hydrogen.

About last night: After a successful first day at the fair, the celebrations in Husum kept going!
The traditional run alongside HUSUM WIND attracted numerous participants today. In perfect running weather, athletes from the wind industry and the region took to the course – with lots of energy, team spirit, and fun!

HUSUM WIND 2025 kicks off with a clear signal from politics and business: Federal and state representatives emphasise the central role of wind energy for climate protection, independence and innovation.
Politicians send clear messages: Minister-President Günther wants to drive the energy transition forward with vigour and optimism / Partner country Denmark highlights the importance of supra-regional markets and cooperation with Germany / Around 600 exhibitors from 23 countries showcase cutting-edge technologies for the renewable energy system in six halls from 16 to 19 September
