Networking within the industry is a key part of WindEnergy Hamburg – and equally important for HUSUM WIND.
Mirko Arend, Managing Director of Messe Husum & Congress, and Pascal Hofer, Project Director of HUSUM WIND, Germany’s longest-established wind energy trade fair, have therefore been holding many productive and valuable discussions throughout the event.
This was also the case at the VDMA Business Lunch.
Mirko Arend introduced himself as the (by now not quite so new) Managing Director of Messe Husum & Congress and outlined some important developments for the next edition of HUSUM WIND, taking place from 14 to 17 September 2027. He is pictured alongside Dr. Dennis Rendschmidt, Managing Director of VDMA Power Systems.
Arend explained that the hall concept has been completely redesigned to optimise visitor flows and ensure strong footfall throughout all areas of the exhibition.
He also highlighted that both parking and hotel capacities for HUSUM WIND have been significantly increased, making the stay in Husum during the trade fair even more convenient.
We are very much looking forward to welcoming the wind energy industry back to Husum!
