Bioseco S.A. is a Polish technology company founded in 2013 that develops advanced systems to protect birds around wind farms while supporting sustainable renewable energy. Its flagship innovation, the Bird Protection System (BPS), uses stereo cameras, artificial intelligence, and IoT technology to detect birds in real time, calculate their flight paths, and automatically prevent collisions with wind turbines. When a bird approaches too closely, the system activates deterrents such as lights or sound, and if necessary, temporarily slows or stops the turbine. This process usually lasts only a few minutes, ensuring effective bird protection while minimizing energy production losses.

BPS achieves high detection accuracy within several hundred meters, while maintaining a low rate of false alarms. It is available in several versions—Standard, Premium, and Long Range—adapted to different wind farm conditions to provide operators with data, reports, and long-term monitoring capabilities.
