Hydrogen is known for its low density and permeability, which imply challenges for transport and storage regarding pure hydrogen. Pipelines are best suited for continental transport.

The talk will give an overview about hydrogen transport and materials, with a special focus on permeability and embrittlement. In that aspect, we will cover polymers, composites and metals.
