Impulses from practice: Structural change with an international perspective

Based on the structural change currently taking place in Lusatia, caused by the phasing out of lignite-fired power generation by 2038, the presentation will address the relevance of the international perspective on the issue for local change. In particular, the aim is to convey that local strategies alone are not sufficient, but rather that looking beyond the horizon helps to address mistakes as well as positive aspects of structural change in other regions. The bridge from strategy to practice is being built.
