We are an independent transaction advisor and asset manager specializing in the German market for renewable energy projects. Our focus is on wind and solar energy.
In addition to supporting investors during the acquisition phase and operation within the EEG remuneration period, we develop individual and tailor-made continued operation concepts for wind and solar parks in order to secure long-term and sustainable positive returns for current operators and also for Windpioniere 2.0 over a period of 20 years. To this end, we restructure the respective wind farms or individual turbines in terms of costs and contracts. We also optimize the revenue side and, if necessary, the technical condition in order to maximize the service life. We also develop our own manufacturer-independent solutions for this purpose - for example, for remote monitoring and spare parts management.
