VDMA Safety Culture Working Group: Harmonization of training and safety standards for the transport of wind turbines

The VDMA Safety Culture Working Group is dedicated to improving occupational safety and health protection in the wind energy industry. A current focus is on developing uniform training and safety standards for the transport of wind turbines. The aim is to harmonize the requirements for transport companies and create standardized certificates to ensure compliance with these standards. The goal is to establish a training system that applies across different manufacturers and can be used worldwide in the future to improve safety and efficiency in the transport process in the long term.
