Assembly tools up to 16,500 Nm with extensive screw data collection, hydraulic torque wrenches up to 100,000 Nm with documentable hydraulic high performance pump, tensioners with hydraulic high performance pump.
The battery-powered torque wrench MB-RAD is versatile and offers a torque range of 30–7,000 Nm with a repeatability of ±2.8%. A torque angle tightening is also possible.
The electric torque wrenches E-RAD and MV-RAD are suitable for torque ranges of 65–16,500 Nm with a repeatability of ±3.0%. Torque angle tightening is also possible here.

With the software solution BoltPilot® from TexasControls, all assembly tools can be integrated (MB-RAD, MV-RAD, E-RAD, tensioners, hydraulic torque wrenches with unit, etc.). All tightening data is recorded, mapped to the corresponding WEA on a geographic map, and additional data is collected.
