Manager Service and Training – Drone Pilot with Focus on Field Testing (m/f/d)

Job description:

• Independent preparation and execution of field tests as well as on-site customertraining sessions for drone-based inspections
• Supporting customers with the integration of our inspection solutions, bothdomestically and internationally
• Handling technical product and application inquiries from customers
• Performing fault analyses and troubleshooting
• Designing and creating user manuals and technical documentation
• Identifying and documenting customer needs in close collaboration with ProductManagement
• Supporting the Sales Team with technical expertise and customer insights

Required profile:

• Completed technical vocational training or a degree in a technical field
• Excellent command of German and English
• Enjoyment and patience in sharing knowledge and conducting training
• Ability to work independently with a strong customer-oriented mindset
• Proficient in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Forms
• Strong technical and IT understanding with a passion for drone technology and software
• Ability to independently perform technical analysis and problem-solving
• Valid Class B driving license•Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally
