Contact Form
So that you can contact us our website includes a contact form. In order for you to be able to communicate with us we of course need to collect such personal data as:

When you contact us by means of the contact form provided, and email is generated on our web server and transmitted on to us. The personal data transmitted to us via the contact form is usually stored in our CRM system. This is checked at regular intervals to see if data has to be deleted. If data is no longer needed for a customer or potential customer relationship it is deleted unless it has to be kept to fulfil requirements set for statutory data retention periods.

Online Shop
You have the opportunity to order wares online on our website. In order to do this you will be forwarded from an embedded page to an order form of our service provider "Heubach Media GmbH". This means that your personal data that we gather in the ordering process is transmitted to us via "Heubach Media GmbH". The service provider does not handle the sale of goods and services for us, but only hosts and supports our shop solutions. To be able to make an order, you must separately agree to this data transmission on the order form. The fields marked as compulsory on the order form is for details that we need in order to be able to fulfil the contract.
You do not make any entries in the compulsory fields it is not possible to conclude a contract via the online shop.

If you voluntarily provide additional information in the forms, we assume that in the case of a personal connection, that the processing is in your interest (Art. 6 Sec. 1 lit. f) GDPR). Here our interest is in providing our services in a contract-conform manner.

Newsletter
So that you are always up to date with what is happening here, we give you the opportunity to subscribe to our newsletter. So that we can deliver our newsletter to you, we need your valid eMail address. Before you can request our newsletter you first have to confirm that you have read and accepted the Privacy Statement Regarding Newsletters. When you now click on Send, your eMail address is transmitted to our service provider "Cleverreach GmbH & Co. KG". This company provides us with a platform with which we can manage the newsletter. You then receive an email that includes a link by means of which you can confirm that you really want to subscribe to the newsletter (double opt-in). The link is valid for 10 days. If you do not use this link within 7 days, your eMail address will be automatically deleted.
The newsletter can be unsubscribed to at any time on our website or via an unsubscribe link in the newsletter eMail.

Google Tag Manager
With Google Tag Manager, Google provides various tools that we can use on our website. We can also manage these using Tag Manager.
